To streamline the payment process, we have partnered with Tap Electric, a user-friendly app that allows you to pay for your electric car charging with ease. By downloading the Tap Electric app for free, you can conveniently pay for your charging sessions using your preferred debit or credit card. The app showcases the cost per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for our charger, ensuring transparent pricing. Whether you choose to charge as a guest user or subscribe to their services, the competitive rates are clearly displayed on the app. Take advantage of the app's versatile features, including the ability to schedule charging sessions and customise the desired amount of charge for your vehicle. You can easily access the 'Tap Electric' EV charging app by downloading it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, depending on your device's operating system. We kindly remind you that, for safety reasons, plugging your electric vehicle into any three-pin standard domestic socket within the cottage premises is strictly prohibited. Such an action poses significant fire risks and could potentially damage the domestic supply circuit and distribution box. We take this matter seriously to ensure the well-being of our guests and the integrity of our property. It's important to note that connecting your EV to a standard three-pin supply would invalidate our insurance coverage and may regrettably result in the termination of your rental agreement without a refund.
